1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand or postal service issues.


3. Shipping Carriers

We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


6. Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at car@mechanicalaesthetics.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Mechanical Aesthetics LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend using a secure delivery address.
